For our office in BE-Genk we are looking for a Truck Planner (1,0 FTE).

Function

✓ You will join the operations team as a dynamic Transport Planner

✓ You will execute and follow up all transports in your region on a daily basis, and you will also work proactively on the planning for the next day

✓ Your daily communication with the drivers, your colleagues and with our customers is essential

✓ You are busy with the administrative settlement of your transports

✓ You are responsible for all pre-plans

✓ In this function you report to the Operations Manager

Profile

✓ You are looking for a big dose of responsibility, you get a kick out of the daily stress that planning brings and solving problems proactively is a matter of course for you

✓ You have strong communication skills, logical reasoning ability and strong analytical skills in addition to being flexible and creative

✓ You have completed a bachelor’s degree in logistics. Professional experience in a similar position is a must

✓ You have a very good knowledge of the Dutch and English language orally and in writing. Knowledge of German, French and/or Italian is a big plus

✓ You have a strong geographical knowledge. You have knowledge of driving and resting times, CMR and ADR legislation within Europe

✓ You know MS Office perfectly
