For our office in IT - NOVARA, we are looking for a Customer Care Employee (1,0 FTE).

Function

As a Customer Care Employee, you will:

Join our dynamic Customer Care team in Novara and ensure a good and structural cooperation with our customers and internal departments
Be responsible for a follow-up of our customers from A to Z (order entry, administration, operational follow-up, …). “Are customer agreements respected? Are the desired results achieved? Are there other opportunities for Move within the customer’s company?”
Monitor service performance and take action (with your team or other departments) when performance is not met
Register and follow up complaints accurately and inform the customer about the status of these complaints
Report directly to the Customer Care Team Leader

Profile

We’re looking for someone who:

Preferably has a bachelor’s degree. Experience in a similar position is a plus
Has a very good knowledge of the Italian and English language orally and in writing.
Has excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to be assertive when needed
Is proficient in MS Office tools
Is curious, detail-oriented and eager to improve processes
Enjoy taking ownership and can perform well under pressure
