For our office in IT - NOVARA, we are looking for an Account Management & Customer Care Employee (1,0 FTE).

Function

As a Customer Care Employee, you will:

  • Be part of a dynamic team of Account Managers and Customer Success professionals in Novara, working to build strong, structured cooperation with our customers and internal departments.
  • Drive account development from A to Z: from order entry and administration to operational follow up, ensuring agreements are respected, results are achieved, and new opportunities for growth within the customer’s company are identified.
  • Act as a growth partner: monitor service performance, anticipate customer needs, and take proactive action with your team or other departments when performance gaps appear.
  • Champion customer success: register and follow up on complaints with accuracy, but also focus on turning feedback into opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership: report directly to the Customer Care Team Leader, contributing insights that help shape our future approach to customer farming and technology adoption.

Profile

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Educational & Professional Background: Preferably holds a bachelor’s degree. Experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role is a strong plus.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of Italian and English, both spoken and written, enabling clear communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Relationship & Growth Skills: Strong communication abilities with a customer oriented mindset, capable of being assertive when needed and focused on developing long term partnerships.
  • Tech & Tools: Proficient in MS Office and eager to explore new technologies that enhance customer success and account development.
  • Mindset: Curious, detail oriented, and motivated to improve processes, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Ownership & Resilience: Enjoys taking responsibility, thrives under pressure, and sees challenges as opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and expand accounts.
  • Future Skills: Interest in CRM platforms, data analysis, or AI driven customer success tools — with a willingness to learn and apply innovative solutions that shape the future of account development.
