Administration Assistant

For our office in PL-Katowice we are looking for an Administration Assistant (1,0 FTE).

Function

You will enforce the dynamic Administration team and ensure a good and structural cooperation with various internal departments
You are responsible for a good administrative follow-up of the customers and carriers
You will enter transport orders into our Transport Management System accurately and on time
You will coordinate and reserve time slots for loading and unloading operations
You will be responsible for Handling the administrative coordination of CMR
You will maintain accurate information in customer portals
You will report to the Customer Care Manager

Profile

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong administrative and coordination skills, who thrives in a dynamic transportation environment.

You preferably have a bachelor’s degree. Experience in a similar position is a plus
You have a very good knowledge of the English language in word and writing. Knowledge of other languages are a plus
You have very good knowledge of MS Office (Word-Excel-PPT)
You have an eye for detail
