For our office in BE-Genk we are looking for a Quality Specialist (1,0 FTE).


  • You will join our dynamic Excellence Center and work closely with the QHSSE manager to further develop, improve and manage the quality system.
  • You are responsible for the handling of QHSSE related non-compliance reports and have contact with colleagues, customers and suppliers for this purpose: setting up and sending out NCR notifications and Awareness Alerts, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, follow-up.
  • You support the management of the quality system and the achievement and maintenance of our quality labels (ISO 9001, SQAS, GMP+): monitoring laws and regulations, performing internal audits, preparing (and supervising) external audits and assessments.
  • You offer support in document management and QHSSE related reports.
  • You will report to the QHSSE Manager.


  • You have obtained a bachelor’s degree and have at least 2 years of experience in a quality department, preferably within logistics.
  • You consider quality and safety to be of paramount importance. You are precise, hands-on and customer-oriented.
  • Working independently is self-evident for you, administrative tasks do not scare you.
  • You have experience with ISO 9001. Knowledge of SQAS, HACCP, GMP+ is a plus.
  • Certification as ISO internal auditor and experience with the handling of NCR reports and customer complaints is a plus.
  • You have a very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • You have a very good knowledge of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
