For our office in IT-Novara we are searching for a Local Human Resources (1.0 FTE).
✓ You join the dynamic international Human Resources team.
✓ You are responsible for rolling out the corporate HR policy in the Italian organization.
✓ You take care of staff administration, e.g. set up contracts, create and maintain employee files, ensure the payment of wages, follow up of presence and absence, etc.
✓ You follow up the HR-process, e.g. organize performance review meetings, evolution meetings, training courses, create introduction programs and you will be occupied with recruitment of new colleagues.
✓ You follow up the Italian social legislation and search for creative fringe benefits (salary optimization).
✓ You are the local ambassador to carry out corporate actions of Move Values (Creativity – Innovation – Sustainability – Team – Excellence – Reliability).
✓ You handle various staff matters, e.g. answering letters of application, ensure social attentions, organize staff activities, etc.
✓ You will report to the Country Manager Italy and Human Resources Manager (HQ).
✓ You have minimum a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. Min. 1 year experience in a similar position is a plus.
✓ You have a very good knowledge of social legislation, recruitment methods, competency management and conversation techniques.
✓ You have a very good knowledge of the Italian and English language in word and writing.
✓ You have excellent communication skills (also in writing).

✓ You have a very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
