Thanks to our 300 dedicated employees in 8 countries, and 2.800 load units, 170 own trucks, 60 company trains per week and priority access to European rail shuttle network, we successfully organise over 1.000 movements per day all over Europe. For our office in BE-Genk we are looking for a Customer Care Employee (1,0 FTE).

Function

✓ You will join the dynamic Customer Care team and ensure a good and structural cooperation with the customers and the various internal departments

✓ You will be responsible for a good commercial follow-up of the customer. “Are agreements being respected? Are the desired results being achieved? Are there new opportunities with the customer?”

✓ You will monitor service performance and take action with your team or with other departments when performance is not met

✓ You will register and follow up complaints accurately and inform the customer about the status of these complaints

✓ You will report to the Teamleader Customer Care

Profile

✓ You preferably have a bachelor’s degree. Experience in a similar position is a plus

✓ You have a very good knowledge of the Dutch and English language orally and in writing. Knowledge of German, French and/or Italian is a plus

✓ You have excellent communication skills. Customer-friendliness is important to you and you can be assertive at the right moments

✓ You have a very good knowledge of MS Office

✓ You have a genuine interest in new working methods, you are curious and like to dot the “i”

✓ You are looking for a job with a lot of space for your own responsibility and you can handle a healthy portion of stress
